Types of Payment and Policies


I am currently accepting paypal (my prefered form of payment), personal cheques, and money
orders. Personal cheques must clear, which usually takes 5 business days, before I will
ship the item. Please do not send cash.
If you would like to pay via personal cheque or money order, please email regarding the
item and I will place it on hold until the payment arrives.
I can do a payment plan but the item must be paid off in full before I ship it off. Please
email me the request and we will work something out :D
I do trades from time to time so if there is something that you would like to do a swap for,
please drop me a line :D

I will not be held responsible for lost or stolen cheques/money orders or sent items!
If the cheque or money order does not arrive, the item will not be sent out.

Privacy Policy

I respect my cutomer's need for privacy. Any personal information collected is used only to
send you your order or contact you at your request. Your information is never sold
or shared.

Shipping

I generally ship using Canada Post Small Packet (Surface) but if you would prefer a
different shipping method, please email me and I can update the cost for you.
The expected delivery times for parcels using Small Packet are:
Canada - 2-9 business days
USA - 6-12 business days

For International Customers I ship using Canada Post Small Packet (Air). The expected
delivery time is 6-10 business days.

Shipping insurance is included in all shipping charges

These are the suggested time listed on Canada Post's website. Shipping times may vary
occasionally due to holidays or increased bulk of mail on Canada Post's behalf.

My shipping costs are as follows:

For Canadian orders:
First item is $7 to ship. Each additional item is only $1.

For US & International orders:
First item is $8 to ship. Each additional item is only $1.

Downloadable patterns are exempt from shipping charges.

Custom Orders

To place a custom order, please email me the color, the type of fibre that you would prefer,
and your measurements.
For all custom orders, I require payment for materials in advance. Cost of labour may be paid
after the item is finished. I do not offer returns on custom items as it is the customer's
responsibility to ensure that measurements are correct.

Returns

All items are listed with measurements so please take time to check your measurements before
you order as I will not be offering returns. If you have any questions regarding the item
measurements ect. please feel free to email me at the address listed below for more
details.
