Cozy yourself up with a pair of cozy and stylish legwarmers!  These feature a ribbed band and drawstring tie (with pompoms!) to ensure the perfect fit and a traditional Norwegian Star stranded colorwork pattern.  They are a fun and relatively quick knit.

415 yards (379 m) of your favorite worsted weight yarn in
Main Color (MC)

300 yards (274 m) of your favorite worsted weight yarn in
Contrast Color (CC)

Pictured in Belfast Mini Mills Merino Wool (MC) and
Samoyed/Merino Blend Specialty Yarn (CC)

Needles:

4 mm 16” circular and two 4 mm double pointed needles

Gauge:

21 sts x 24 rows = 4” in stranded color work

Notions:

Stitch marker for marking the beginning of the round
Tapestry needle for sewing in ends
Two 3” x 3” pieces of cardboard for making pom-poms

Finished Size:

13” in circumference and 17.5” long
These legwarmers will comfortably fit a calf circumference
of up to 16”
