Shipping
Canadian and US residents parcels will be shipped using Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. A tracking number and insurance is included in this shipping cost.
International customer parcels will be shipped Canada Post Small Packet Air. Shipping insurance is included in the shipping cost but not a tracking number. If you wish to be able to track your package online, please contact me for an updated shipping cost.
Expected delivery times for parcels to major urban centers:
Canada – 2-9 business days
USA – 6-12 business days
International – 4-6 weeks
These are the suggested time listed on Canada Post’s website. Shipping times may vary occasionally due to holidays or increased bulk of mail on Canada Post’s behalf. Parcels are subject to random checks at customs and may cause a delay in delivery.
Downloadable patterns are exempt from shipping charges.
