Custom Orders
To place a custom order, please email me the color, the type of fiber that you would prefer, and your measurements.
For all custom orders, I require full payment in advance. I do not offer returns on custom items as it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that measurements provided to me are correct.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items are listed with measurements so please take time to check your measurements before you order as I will not be offering returns. If you have any questions regarding the item measurements ect. please feel free to contact me for more details.
I do not offer refunds on PDF patterns.
