I’ve been a little quiet over the past week. The weather has been fairy nice here so I’ve been spending as much time outside as possible. Between puttering around my garden, reading, and enjoying bike rides and trail runs, I haven’t had a ton of time for knitting. I chalk it all up to balance 😉
I did, however, start and finish another cute colorwork hat. The is a variation on my Iditarod pattern in worsted. I used handspun Bond in “Esmerelda” as the main color and some lovely locally grown Corriedale from Harmony Meadow Farm. I particularly like these quick projects because they are easy to pick up and put down, as need be. And this time of year, I seem to need to have at least one of these projects on the go at all times.
Since today is a rain day, I’ve decided to treat it like a storm day and indulge in a little binge reading. I may or may not have a blog post to share tomorrow as “Rob Roy” by Sir Walter Scott is calling my name. 😉
Hope you all have a wonderful Thursday!
