WIP Wednesday – Diamond Hat

After finishing large projects, I like to do a few really quick knits as I find them a nice change in pace.  I decided that this project should be colorwork as well because I never get enough of it.  🙂

I have chosen Diamond Hat by Elizabeth Morrison as I have admired it since the first time I saw it in the Knitcircus online magazine. The pattern is very straightforward, extremely well written and easy to follow.   It calls for two colors of worsted weight yarn and 4.5mm needles so it works up very quickly.   This is actually my second Diamond Hat that I have worked on in a week!  For those of you thinking about starting some holiday knitting, this is a really great project to help you get a jump start.

Do you have any work-in-progresses on the go?  What are you working on this week?
