In this video, I’ll show you how to unzip your crochet chains and pickup your live stitches for a smooth and seamless join.
A couple of points to keep in mind are:
- Remember to insert your knitting needle into the stitch before you pull on the waste yarn.
- Pull gently on the waste yarn so that you only release one stitch at a time. You don’t want to drop those stitches or create runs in your knitted fabric!
- The last stitch can sometimes be a little bit tricky to slip your needle through. Pull up gently on both ends of the waste yarn so that you can wiggle your needle in.
